A strategic planning process took place throughout 2010. As Kingsway progressed through a monumental time in our history - our senior pastor transition - we determined not to miss God's calling for our next season of ministry. We listened. He spoke.

Here's what we experienced:

• During the summer of 2010, we went through our largest staff transition ever as our first and only senior pastor, John Caldwell, retired and as his replacement, Matt Nickoson, stepped up into his role as lead pastor.
• In September, 2010, we examined the core values that form the foundation of our ministry. 
• Later that fall, we shared in the excitement of revealing the vision that God gave us for our ministry into the future.

The video series below was designed help us, as a church, understand the results of the major survey in which we participated during the winter of 2010. This survey was an important part in guiding us through our strategic planning process.
