Kingsway has always been blessed by men and women who are committed to serving God. The pastors and support staff serve together to carry out God's mission for Kingsway Christian Church.

Paul joined Kingsway's staff in 2005. Paul's primary responsibility is to provide care for people who need to experience God's love. Born: June 27, 1946 John joined the Kingsway team in 1995. He works alongside Paul Smith with the Congregational Care Ministry. Born: November 10, 1964 Sandi joined the Kingsway team in 2008. She is our Congregational Care and Life Group Ministry Assistant. Born: March 15 Matt answered the call to be Kingsway's lead pastor in 2009. Born: August 19, 1976 Jeff joined the Kingsway staff in 1991. He is our Executive Pastor. Born: March 2, 1957, in Indianapolis Chelsey joined Kingsway's staff in 2011 and has filled multiple roles on an interim basis. Born: August 21, 1983 Scott joined the Kingsway team in 2010. He is serving as a resident while completing his seminary education. Born: May 27, 1981 Alan joined the Kingsway staff in 1981. He is the administrator of Kingsway Christian School. Born: September 7, 1946 Lisa joined the Kingsway team in 2006. She leads the ministry team that cares for Kingsway kids from birth through grade 4. Born: March 30, 1984 Megan joined our staff in 2011. She coordinates the ministry to Kingsway's tiniest people, kids from birth to 24 months. Born: June 8. Michael has been on staff since 1997. He ministers to Kingsway's preschool and Kindergarten kids. Born: July 28, 1962 Caitlyn joined the staff in 2009. Her primary role is supporting our ministries to kids from newborns through grade 4. Born: March 19, 1987 Jeff joined the staff in 2005 after serving for several years as a principal at Kingsway Christian School. He leads Kingsway's Life Groups. Born: July 4, 1964 Steve joined the ministry and our staff in 2011. As the Life Groups Associate, he oversees small groups for the kids and student ministries. Born: July 6, 1972 Connie joined Kingsway's staff in 2011. She supports our Life Group ministries. Born: Mar 16, 1956 Mike joined the staff in 2007. He leads the Operations Team. Born: July 7, 1976 Kevin joined the Kingsway staff as an intern in 2001 and was asked to join the team in 2002. His main ministry areas are volunteer involvement and church communications. Born: August 20, 1977, in Fairfield, Ohio Shirley has served at Kingsway since 1980. Born: January 20 Dana joined our staff in 2011. She supports our communications team and our involvement ministry. Born: May 26 Brad joined Kingsway's staff in 2007. He is manager of Kingsway's financial and human resources operations. Born: May 27, 1970 Diana joined the Kingsway staff as bookkeeper in 2005. Born: July 21 Chris, is responsible to direct all of Kingsway's Information Technology needs and joined the staff in 2007. Born: March 19, 1969 Bobbette joined the Kingsway staff in 2005. She supports the Operations Team. Born: July 13, 1973 Lindsay joined our staff in 2006. She is Kingsway's receptionist and assists with several additional ministry areas. Born: March 29, 1980 Rodney began serving at Kingsway after his retirement from the US Army in 2006. He works behind the scenes, maintaining Kingsway's facilities. Born: June 13, 1950 Roland joined Kingsway's facilities staff in 2011. Born: September 8, 1979 John joined Kingsway's staff in 2000. He serves behind the scenes as the custodian at Kingsway Christian School. Brandon joined the Facilities staff in 2011. Born: September 12, 1979 James is a member of our facilities team. He came on staff in 2009. Born: February 1, 1959 Marsha, a Building Services staff member, joined the staff in 2008. Born: July 3, 1963 Bob joined our staff in 2011 as a facility care specialist. Born: January 31, 1944 Daniel joined Kingsway's staff in 2010. He serves on the Building Services team. Born: October 22, 1973 Shawn joined Kingsway's staff in 1999. He is responsible for our outreach ministries. Born: March 18, 1969 Chris joined Kingsway's staff in 2007. He is part of our Outreach Team, focusing on Global Missions. Born: April 17, 1971 Heather joined the Kingsway staff in 2009. She supports Kingsway's outreach ministries. Family: Married to Chris and mom to Gracie (and pets Chase, Oreo and DeeDee) Mark joined the Kingsway staff in 2000. He leads our ministry to students, grades 5-12. Born: June 23, 1974 Jess joined our team in 2009. She works with our 5th- & 6th-Grade students. Born: May 9, 1985 Sarah joined the Kingsway staff in 2008. Her primary responsibility is to support ministry to Kingsway's students, grades 5-12. Born: July 1, 1985 Beau joined Kingsway's staff in 2011. He is responsible for our worship ministry. Born: August 31, 1979 Lisa joined the Kingsway staff in 2001. She is Kingsway's technical guru. Born: January 13 Greg has been a member at Kingsway since 2006 and joined the staff in 2009. Confession: I am so tempted to be not like Jesus when I am in the car. I get really irritated with slow drivers. The left lane is for fast people, the right lane for slow. Get over already!
Favorite food: Pizza. After five years as a youth minister I thought I'd never eat pizza again. Now, I crave it! Especially Monical's buffalo chicken pizza and anybody who makes pizza with banana peppers on top.
Favorite memory: My current favorite happened at Thanksgiving 2011. I was holding Levi and chasing Mathias around his grandparents' house. The three of us were having a blast. Mathias laughed so hard and had so much fun that he literally got sick all over grandma's kitchen.
My hero(es): My wife. She is a constant source of encouragement, strength, and support. She has stuck with me through some pretty crazy stuff. She's given birth to a baby (enough to make every woman a hero as far as I'm concerned). She's not afraid to tell me what I need to hear. She's gentle when I need gentle, but she'll always make sure I know what I need to know.
My greatest love: Jesus. My family. My other great love is Xbox 360, especially games where I get to shoot at things and compete!
If I could have any super power I'd ... fly!
If I could travel back in time I'd ... go back in time to the crucifixion and die with Christ. Then, I'd go back to the moment God starting creating the world. I'd watch, ask a lot of questions and just be amazed.
I'd rather be ... running in the woods or on a long hike with God in some mountainous region.

If I could have any super power I'd ... have the energy of a child, the body of a young adult, and the wisdom and experience of a senior adult - all at the same time.

Favorite memory: We were scheduled to get married at Kingsway but the day before the wedding the church lost all electricity and we had to make the decision to move it to another church - on the day of the wedding. It was awesome!
My hero(es): My dad is probably one of my biggest heroes just because of who he is. He is a wonderful man and someone I am very proud to call my father.
My greatest love: My husband is my best friend and greatest love. He knows just how to make me laugh, build me up, challenge me in new ways and even push my buttons just to aggravate me for fun.

I'd rather be ... visiting Great Smoky Mountains National Park in southeastern Tennessee. Any time of year, any kind of weather. It is my favorite place on earth!

Favorite memory: The many summers I spent at our cabin in Southern Missouri with the girls and Joe. We had no TV, radio or other stuff to busy ourselves with. We just spent time with each other.
