FuentesAbout the Fuentes Family

Ernesto Fuentes has been a missionary since 1968. Ernesto and Olga have three sons and three grandchildren. Their oldest son, Abdiel, is a Captain/Chaplain in the United States Army and just finished serving his second tour in Iraq. He is married to Mayerling and has three children. Esly received his medical degree in 2010 and is heading up the Clinic in Biznaga. Arely received his bachelor's degree in Christian Counseling from Central Christian College. He is married to Gloria and they are living in Cincinnati while he pursues his masters degree from Cincinnati Bible Seminary.

God used Ernesto to start two Bible Colleges in Mexico. The first opened in1974. These two schools have produced more than 300 new preachers in Mexico. Ernesto has written and published several books and Bible school curricula for use in Christian education.

Over the past eight years, the Fuentes have expanded their ministry to also include overseeing nine churches in Mexico, two new churches in the United States, and 60 home churches in Cuba. God has also opened opportunities for them to preach in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras. They were also chosen to lead very successful national conventions for men, women and youth, setting record attendance and providing innovative programs.

In addition to leading, teaching, preaching and writing, the Fuentes currently operate and oversee a camp/retreat center, a medical and dental clinic and a child sponsorship program.

The Fuentes started their ministry in the intercity of Saltillo, and have expanded it throughout Mexico, the Caribbean, and into the United States. The name of their ministry, World Wide Hispanic Outreach, explains exactly what their purpose is. To find out more, go to their website.
